SHIPPING 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Delivery Times

Tracking & Notifications

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes the final tracking information. You can also check your delivery status on our track your order page.

Additional Information:

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, The Crystal Gang will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with The Crystal Gang via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. If you have any questions please email our customer care team at contact@thecrystalgang.com. The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable. 

Public Holidays: 
Please note: Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product you've received, we will be happy to refund the cost of that item, following the item being returned to us in perfect condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, we can not cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless the item you received was damaged, faulty or incorrect.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply email us at contact@thecrystalgang.com for further information. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

EXCHANGES 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@thecrystalgang.com
